I'm averaging 40% protein 40% carbs and 20% fats daily! I thought eating carbs too late in the evening doesn't get burned off the same as eating carbs throughout the day as your more active?? Thanks for your response Tracey

What are your thoughts on a high protein diet, with small meals eaten every 3hrs throughout the day? I'm not having carbs after 7pm! Thanks in advance Tj (England)

Hi, I can relate to what your going through......I lost my mum when I was 17 to Lung Cancer, and so I started smoking, telling myself that it was good enough for my mum, so it's good enough for me! Silly I know! The smoking only lasted 1 yr before I quit. I think we all crave things to try to fill the emptiness we feel.…
