  • For 1.5 pounds a week, my calories need to be at 1670. I lost the 70 pounds mainly with dieting. I have rods in my legs so too much exercise hurts, but I do make sure that I get exercise of some form in. I still need to lose about 85 pounds to be in the normal range for my height.
  • I know it's not actual weight gain, I was just talking as far as the scale number goes. I'm trying hard to break myself of the scale habit I have, but haven't yet. I feel great though, so I don't plan on stopping, I was just curious. Thank you for the info!
