I'm in the UK so we don't celebrate thanksgiving, but I am going on vacation next week for a fortnight. I completed the C25k program now starting the bridge to 10k. Try to run at least 2-3 times a week. Always use the stairs at work instead of the lift. Go for a mile walk at lunchtime whilst at work. Do a HIIT DVD or Zumba workout 2-3 times a week. I also have 2 dogs so try to get 2-3 miles walking done with them as much as…
