Hello, live and work in the UK. 1 daughter, 3 stepdaughters, 5 granddaughters, 2 grandsons and one more grandbaby due September. Managed to lose 35lb already using MFP. Been a bit lax for last 4 months, but managed to maintain. Back on logging/exercising properly so I can shift the last 20lb

I did the c2k program last year and was running on average 3 times a week. I did my first 10k in November and found that it wasn't that bad. I just ran at a steady jog like I do when I run 5k. Managed to get finished in 1:02:54 so was quite pleased. Looking forward to doing a few more this year

I have the weightwatchers weighing scales. Only does weight and cost £15. I like it as they're digital and can be used for kg, lbs or stones and lbs. They can measure a difference as small as 0.2lb, not sure how small it does for kg. I like them though. They're pretty consistent and the numbers don't differ no matter how…

Are we talking weighing scales or kitchen scales?

I started running last year with the C25k app. Can run 5k quite happily now. Ran my first 10k in November and hoping to do a few more. Myself and my Husband are looking at doing a 20k in the future

I tend to eat the same thing for breakfast every day. My lunch on a weekday is very repetitive too. I don't have any problems doing this. Still losing weight nice and steadily

My 19yr old daughter told me she's getting jealous of my tummy as it's starting to get flatter (in the next breather she told me I still have love handles, but I'm focusing on the positives)

Have you tried an audio book, or watching tv?

Hi I'll add you. I eat pretty much what I want too, lol. I would recommend joing one of the groups I'm in "50+ Pounds to Lose! ". It's full of really friendly people who will be happy to motivate

If you can get on the desktop site, you can add all the areas you want to measure (I added thighs, arms and chest). These will then show on the app too

To run 5k (when weather is better and can get outside 3 times a week), In the interim I'll get on the cross trainer for 30 minutes 3 times a week. To do some form of HIIT training at least 3 times a week. To keep within my calories

I try to drink 2 litres of water a day. I buy sparkling water as i find this easier to drink than still. I usually set myself out 4 x 500ml bottles and determine times in which they should be drunk, e.g first bottle to be gone by 10am, 2nd by 12pm, etc
