Pb2 is a great lower cal alternative if you can't stop or quit cold turkey.

I'm not concerned with getting more protein, just calcium and lower cals, which is why I love love love unsweetened almond milk!

I love Golden Corral

The only way I can semi get around it is to have itty bitty pirtions of everything

I don't weigh my bread or cheese slices. Or anything pre packaged really.

I do it counting calories alone. My job requires me to be on my feet the whole time I'm there, so after an 8 hour shift 5 days a week the last thing my feet want to do is go running, and I'm not a weight lifting sort of person. I go swimming two or so times a week, but nothing strenuous. I'm not hungry. It's not like I'm…

There's actually some research out there that says milk isn't all that good for you (not saying it's bad for you either though) and it's relatively agreed upon that you absorb more calcium from things like leafy greens ounce per ounce. I gave up milk a few months ago and still meet my macros and vitamins/calcium/whatevers

I usually stick to side orders when I go out, or immediately seperate what I won't eat to stay within my goal. I don't go out much though

I would have suggested unsweetened almond milk but... :(

My vegetti. Its a gift from god

Oh my goodness 100% yes! I'll go to the store and be like "ooh! Bananas! Healthy! Let's buy 10!" And "woah 50 call whole grain tortillas? I'll take em" and it just keeps adding up. I don't have a ton of unhealthy stuff, but the stuff I do have is going to go bad any day I bet

I'm 5'9" 128ish now size 5-7 with wide bony hips- it would pretty much e impossible for me to go below a 3 I think. I don't really have a 'goal weight'- I just want to get rid of thigh fat.

I was doing GrEAT. And then my family brought out the brownies and birthday cake for my sister :( I couldn't stop and so ended with about 1200cals just from desert ):( only ("only") about 2000 in all though

Because I eat like *kitten* somedays and don't want people to see- it's embarrassing!

Subsitute "zoodles" for pasta type bread. They're actually really good!
-
Zoodles! Oh wow. I bought a vegetti ($15) the other week and can't stop using it. Put a zuccini or cucumber or squash in there and it makes spaghetti-like noodles. With sauce it's like 150 calories

*world's Haha sorry

To run for 30 minutes nonstop. By the end of July would be ideal, but I usually have to walk at 7 right now.

It's actually in there a lot. Mathew 6:16 Joel 2:12 Pslams 69 luke 18:12 ezra 8:23 just to name a few. But no, occasional fasting won't ruin your metabolism

Im on 1200 a day. I have 0 cal tea in the morning but don't eat until I need to around 11/12. The morning is the only time I'm even semi hungry. I have a small lunch, fruit, cereal, salad, something, allow myself a few small handfuls of snacks to ride me through the rest of the day, then get to pig out (relatively…

Mcdonalds is one of two options I can get for my lunch at work (I only work hours that I get lunch with 2-3 times a week) and usually get apple slices (15cals) and either a parfait (150) or side salad (with ranch about 120). Maybe get a gogurt if you want. Their pies and sundaes aren't horribly calorific, and I'm not…

"Zoodle" pasta. Recently got to try it and it can be Amazing.

The only thing that can stop me in binges is to physically remove myself from food (leave the house to do errands or something) or start chewing gum. I can't mentally stop myself yet, but have been better able to analyze what was happening/what I should do next time to prevent them from becoming binges.

It's silly you overreacted so much to timorous_beastie's reply. It was an honest question, and one I had myself. How were they suppose to know it was a treat you wante to share? It's just food, no need to involve your life story about why you want to eat the same thing. They weren't implying that you should 'do it their…

I'm not a fan of the amount of pesticides and stuff they use, but I prefer normally grown food to organic. It's not sustainable. If a crop gets a fungus at an organic type farm? There goes that crop for the year, and maybe forever. It's not like crops are being sprayed down by people in hazmat suits like one of the first…

Feel free to add me, if you want...?

I do this. My budget is 1200 and I like to leave 600+ for dinner. It's gotten easier because I know what I can eat now. I have about 5 meals I like for breakfast, all under 200 cals, which leaves me room for most lunches or a small lunch with snacks (though I try not to snack). I love eating big dinners and a small late…
