  • I'm on my third day of DDP. I've been doing this, walking and swimming along with counting calories. I have hypermobile joints, sciatica and chronic widespread pain. I'm hoping that this combination will help relieve my pain and lose weight. I need friends to keep me motivated so feel free to add me. xxx
  • My local gym offers exercise classes that are described as being for those over 60 but can also be attended by younger people with mobility issues. They are chair based exercises that help with toning and stability. Could be with checking if there is anything similar in your area xxx
