I love Hardee's lettuce wraps. They are all delicious but I love getting the monster burger!!! My husband laughs at me trying to eat the whole thing. But he is always happy to finish the rest! I think he feels healthier eating half of my lettuce wrap instead of getting a second carby burger!

Remember every scale weighs differently. I weigh less on my scale at home then on my parents scale and my doctors scale. Don't let this get you down!!

I bake almost all of the bread we eat minus when we go to restaurants. I worry about all of the crud in whats on the store shelves. :#

Deoending on how many you are cooking for, I suggest pre-cooking a chicken, turkey breast and/or roast on the weekend to eat throughout the week. I have a vitamix and wouldn't trade it for any other small appliance. I had to use sesame seeds in hummus a couple days ago because i was out of tahini and you would have never known...so smooth and creamy.

I am not vegetarian but here are a few quick and easy suggestions. :) Sauteed coleslaw mix with almonds is a favorite you can put tofu in it. Hummus with a serving of pita chips and veggies. Another vote for vitamix! We love ours. Kids will even drink smoothies they wouldn't from the old blender. Makes me happy they get that extra nutrient boost. :smile:

I have the Charge hr and I really love it. I had a glitch in mine and after they tried the reset (didnt fix it) Fitbit sent me a brand new one. I paid nothing. They are a very customer oriented company and I appreciate that so much. Anyway...I have had no problems with it since the replacement. I love it.

I am a winter person- I love cold!!! I intend to get as far north as possible some year. I get bloated when i travel as well. Heck i still bloat once in awhile even when i don't! Generally the culprit for me is diet coke. Don't freak out. Things will even up after your trip :)

I used to have horrible cravings. Thankfully now with a mostly zero carb diet..i only crave sweets when I have diet soda. It is my downfall so I really try to avoid. I used to be so jealous of people who can have sweets (even faux sweets) and not get set off on a binge! Low carb cheesecake was one of my favorites back…

I like burgers with salt, pepper, steakhouse onion seasoning and lots of bacon grease!!! I cook them in the grease then pour it over top. I am going to have to borrow @Fit_Goat's cooking style...never thought to mix it in. Yum.
