I find this so ridiculous. There are so many other apps with the same feature for free or cheaper than MPF is offering this once free feature. I will be leaving if they actually do this. They’ve messed up so much of the app already, I basically only track weight with it at this point.

Well now they’re taking away the barcode scan feature for non- premium. Ridiculous. Had the function for years and now they want to make it “premium”. Not that they or anyone else here care, but I’m gone.

I generally eat low carb. Meat and salad. That’s just my preference. However, if my child chooses nachos for birthday dinner, I’m eating nachos and cake!!! I figure a few special days out of the year where I overshoot my carb and calorie limit won’t hurt. Not something I would do weekly or even monthly though.

Joe Biden said if you get the “vaccine” you won’t get covid. Fauci/Birx said the same. It HAS been said. Multiple times. Even when it obviously wasn’t true. Lots of people are disgruntled from getting “vaxxed” and still getting covid repeatedly.

Get your kids involved. Start slowly. Have them help make a big salad to go with the chicky nuggets. My kids loved to help in the kitchen and they were able to taste things as they cut or snapped them. It’s not a sweet option but, lemon zest, rosemary and black pepper is delicious. My kids found some Twix powder for popcorn and Cinnamon Toast Crunch powder, they love them both. Not sure the calories though.

@bethe I am going to start DDPY again next week. I was doing it a year or more ago and I really liked it. I love Bengal Spice tea. It is my very favorite. Anything with a lot of warmth. I drink it with nothing added. Peppermint tea is delicious too!

We have hives and I eat honey. Allergies are much better if I take honey daily.

I am happier staying clear of cameras and not looking at any picture anyone might take of me. I do not like the way I look in photos.

I am mostly zero carb. I can say maybe 8 to 10 from seasonings and the occasional piece of lettuce on a thick burger. Hahaha

Ok mine are totally not low carb so I only drink black coffee...but when I was a S.A.D. eater I loved a white chocolate mocha and a s'mores mocha....yum in a cup. I could probably have them low carb but I don't do well with artificial sugars.
