Yeah that's the one I'm doing. I wanted to do more delt work , more things for legs instead of just squats more exercises for the back etc Chest press incline, decline with cable machine etc I wanted to hit my muscles hard and I don't get that feeling at all with ICF

I do ICF already lol it only has a few isolation works nothing great though tbh I'm just not sure I just have to try and see what's best. I am worried about leaving SL I don't want to make the wrong choice but if I'm not 100% happy with my programme then it take the fun out of it and makes it feel more like a chore

Okay I don't know what you mean what is my goal with lifting weights? I want to progress in the weight in which I can lift I think that's important but mostly just to get an aesthetic look tbh .. I'm not sure if that's the right answer lol

Yeah but it's nothing great a few skull crushers here and there. Bicep curls shoulder shrugs. I don't even get sore from doing the workouts anymore I did when I first started or added weight but it's hard to add 5kg as your supposed to every week. Is strong curves not more for well "curves" lol

For me it will probably just be from 24-26th then the 31st but between Christmas and new year I will hit the gym and the after new year back on track again :) it's good seeing what everyone is going to be doing for it and I didn't even think of the cutting the cals back before Christmas to compensate I may try this :)

It's good to see what everyone plans on doing. I think Christmas Eve , Christmas Day and Boxing Day I will not be logging anything and I work pretty hard and find it easy to drop weight so I know it won't take long to take whatever I've gained back off. The main thing is wether your logging your food or not that you enjoy…

Yeah totally and that's how I see my food as fuel really. I do still have things from Time to time like if I've got enough cals left at the end of the day I will have a biscuit or cookie as a treat it's not a problem at all :) I will be aware of what I'm eating but I won't totally pass up on treats etc we do still have to…

Some days I can drink about 3/4 bottles other days I can drink about 8 I think it all depends on how your body feels .. Like kalikel said drink when your thirsty just listen to your body :)

I think I'm just tired being in a deficit tbh I mean I could maybe do it for a little longer but I know I will move to maintenace eventually and see how that goes :) that's what I'm looking forward to most strength/muscle gains :D

Okay well I'm gonna sit at maintenance and see if I can drop some body fat I think I only need to drop 2/3% to be totally happy and then maybe bulk this time next year. I would do it sooner but as mentioned someone had advised to wait at least a year before bulking as I'm not advanced enough as a lifter to be bulking ..…

Ahh okay I understand now I will give that a go make it a 2016 plan lol I just want to see how much strength I can gain doing 5x5 just a little longer I'm going to be going up to maintenace I'm Not sure if eating at maintenance instead of a deficit would give me more strength? That's not why I'm going into maintenace btw…

It's quite alright lol :) strength I think is a big for me as I think it's good to be a strong female but I know eventually I will want to move to aesthetics to get an overall better look to my body. I'm pretty new and still have lost to learn but thanks for your input it has helped! :)

Wow I just had a little look at his pic there he looks amazing! I eat pretty clean keep my protein high. I know that obviously being a girl it's going to be harder to add muscle more than it is a guy but I always try and eat as clean and healthy as possible
