Get on the scale! Stay with your routine if you start skipping your weigh ins you will soon stop recording you food and then before you know you have given up. The scale might surprise you, you never know. Good Luck.

I have used Psyllium Husk and found that is was great for helping me to feel more regular. However, I followed the instructions on the package and took the recommended dose three times a day. Try a mommy and me exercise class... you use your little angel as your weight. Most gyms and/or rec centers will have a class that you can sign up for. Good luck!
