I've been weighing everything I make at home. I highly recommend weighing things in grams because I've found that the size (ie 1 Tbsp) can vary but grams are exact

Ugh. So apparently you can't use emojis or it will erase everything you posted after that!! Anyway: sometimes I eat calories back and sometimes I don't. I try and ask myself if I'm bored or really hungry, have a glass of water and decide from there. For me, as long as I'm at a deficit, I'm happy for the day.

Weight loss is all about calories in vs calories out. So if your body takes in more than it need for the activities of your day it will store those "extra" for use at a later time, causing weight gain. It depends. If I haven't hit my macro goal and I'm hungry I'll eat like a Greek yogurt to get protein and satisfy a craving. I have a hard time hitting my protein goal, so I'm always trying to up that a bit since I'm working on beginning strength training and I need it more than ever.

I don't know what happened to the rest of my post!! I took a Zumba class on Sat morning and it was so much harder than I thought it would be, but it was tons of fun. I'll probably try to do it 2-3 times a week for cardio. Anyone doing any type of plan or anything like a squat challenge? How's it working so far?

My diet now is just eating more fruits, veggies, and lean protein sources. I was eating like garbage before with a lot of fast/processed foods. Except you think most people are out to steal something from you if you ask them to take a pic for you...I have had tons of strangers take pics with my phone and I have never had anyone even attempt to walk away with it. Like where are you people living that you think everyone wants your stuff?!?
