You're hungry all the time because, as you said, you eat a lot of sugar. Sugar puts you on a vicious cycle of ALWAYS being hungry and NEVER feeling satisfied. And I say this from a huge amount of experience. You need to either do a sugar detox (which will cause some withdrawal symptoms) or ween your self off sugar slowly.…

@bbinoa you're so right. it's incredibly important to give your body enough rest. @adantzler01 I say train and do your 1/2 marathon (would be a great accomplishment) and then focus on the BFB.

I just got the book and will be starting this Monday. I'm super nervous about the diet portion, I've been trying to stay away from carbs as much as possible but I have hit a plateau after 25 lbs. @ Ionmrav how have your results been?
