  • Well the number is truly personal... I drop below 0.5 mmol/dl (most consider that the threshold) after about 30g/day... and my glucose levels are still in the 60s, so it's not the protein levels, which would be converted into glucose, through gluconeogenesis. Just my experiences. Michael.
