If you want to lift, keep shopping around for someone to teach you. I hired a trainer who is an oly lifter. Best money i ever spent. He taught me two of the big three, and my best friend taught meto bench. Empowering in the strength I've gained, empowering because I am a woman lifter! People/trainers don't want to teach it…
