Log everything, weigh what you can. Be persistent. It will come off. :)

I usually log midday. By then I've had breakfast and probably have made or eaten lunch and can safely assume my dinner. I do a final log to fix amounts that were logged inaccurately or if I ate something I didn't plan on.

I am 5'4 and I can tell you that 120 and 140 is VASTLY different for me. The one on the left is roughly 140 and the one on the right is roughly 120.

I used to work at subway. Your best bet for low cal is a six inch on wheat as the honey oat is just the wheat bread rolled in stuff and then baked. When I get hiccups. On average it happens once a day for what feels like 30 minutes but is probably only 5. Poor grammar and/or spelling, and lazy people at work also grind my gears.

First of all, you have a beautiful stomach! I'd like to say that as women it is harder to put on muscle, but that's just general knowledge I've picked up. I do know for a fact that 500 calories is WAY below what you should be eating. A woman should be eating, at minimum, 1000 calories. If you want to cut more, please do so…
