For me, fasting is too disruptive to my psyche. I eat regularly, meet my daily calorie count and exercise 4 days a week. Lost 18 lbs in 2.5 months and didn’t feel deprived. I’ve heard intermediate fasting works for many people, but if I’m getting the same results, I rather snack and enjoy some food throughout the day. Also…
