I agree with all the recommendations. Start out not counting calories. Get used to not eating anything with sugar or bad carbs. Just eat meat, dairy and fats. Once you cut out the bad carbs you wont have bad carb cravings as bad. May take awhile but if you fill up on the meats and fats you wont be hungry to eat bad carbs.…

This is almost a year apart. But I've only been losing weight the past 3 months. Not sure if it is that noticeable.

Today I am wearing a pair of jeans my husband bought for me last Christmas. One of those pairs that were the right 'size' but the style was tight. They were too nice to get rid of and I refused to get a bigger size. They fit perfect now. I'm looking forward to fall too so I can see what new clothes I can wear.

I completely agree with that. When I changed to this woe I change one meal at a time for a week or two before moving on to the next meal. Same thing with all the other behaviors. Right now I am working on eating when I am hungry and not by the clock. Trying to learn my hunger signals.

Being 43 years old I pretty much feel I will never see 130. Was hoping for 140. But today I would be happy with 150. But hearing that you have made it that low gives me a bit of hope. Keep it up

I try to eat about 30 grams of protein a meal myself to make sure I don't eat too little. I am 5'3 and do not exercise to give you a background.

Drink a lot of water and try taking an antacid like zantac. I found that to help a lot. I read where the cause of hunger even right after eating can be from stomach acid.
