Love love love this. I started low carb about 2 years ago and had to customize it to fit my body makeup. Not everything works the same for everybody. The past 6 months have been rough for me and I put on over 20lbs. I'm trying to get that determination back to lose it and get healthy again. I needed the refresher. Thanks.

Ending week results. Weight 162 Under 1700 calories 4 days this week ( need to improve) Exercise 3 times this week.

My starting weight is 163.5. Goal weight is 160. I also want to get better at staying at or under goal calories of 1700. I want to exercise more. Going for 3 times a week for at least a half an hour.

I am always on pintrest looking for low carb recipes. I haven't tried too make many bread recipes . I find most have ingredients I'm not going to stock. The mission tortillas are the only thing I've tried on the regular basis, but I still try to limit to 1 or 2 a week at most .

Something I noticed is that this app counts Splenda as sugar. I received a notice that I was going over my limit which made me realize it .

I would let people know if it has artificial sweeteners. Someone there might be sensitive to it.

I know when I eat a lot of sugar I would get yeast infections. So sounds plausible. And I didn't know about the dry eye problem. I have been having that issue. My mother in law told me to take a spoonful of flax seed oil a day. I still have yet to check into that.

I went to a restaurant that had a buffet. So it was easy for me to stick to meat and veggies. But I did got to a families house for desert and I did indulge a bit in pecan pie. I only ate the pecans but they were covered in sugar. Lol. I didn't feel too bad though.

I also would like to add that the rate of weight loss depends on a lot of things. If you have more than 100 lbs to lose you will lose it more quickly in the beg than someone who has to lose 50.

My advice is to tweek this woe to fit your lifestyle. Everyone's body is different and react differently to different foods. I love veggies so I eat them. I don't care about the carbs from them. Originally from Southern NJ across from Philly area but now living in central Delaware. Had some heavy rains and storms today and the heat is finally breaking here too. Can't wait for fall but just don't want winter to come.

I agree. I have only been on LFHF for 3 months. But the past 2 weeks all of a sudden I am not as hungry as I used to be. Months 2 & 3 I was closely monitoring my calories to make sure I didn't go over. Now all of a sudden at the end of the day I am 500+ calories under by goal and I never realized it because I wasn't hungry…
