For cardio you don't have to always be on your feet. You just need to move fast, so you can sit down and rock back and forth, twist, or punch the air, swing your arms. Sit on your bed and move your upper body to some music for and extended amount of time.

I learned you can eat whatever you want just don't eat too much. Like you can have a hot dog or a slice of pizza but just one. You should drink water, a lot of water before you eat and immediately after you eat that way you'll stay full longer. You have to drink a whole lot of water.

today I overate just because I felt like it. But usually I don't eat any more than 1800 calories. MFP starts me at 1440.
