That's actually a little freaky...

Way to go!!

I definitely agree with the above posts...you need wayyyy more than veggies! How are you not passing out? Try oatmeal and protein powder for breakfast, maybe a hearty cereal or eggs and toast? Maybe some greek yogurt and fruit or a sandwich for lunch? You can't survive on just lettuce!!!

I love vegetables, but those ham and cream cheese roll ups look sooo good!!!

Today I'm grateful to have a comfortable home to live in, a decent job, and lots of opportunities ahead...I've been fighting a bad mood all day, feeling grumpy, but I just need to remember that life could be a lot worse and I need to be thankful for what I have!

I'm 20, have about 30ish pounds to lose...anyone is free to add me!

Twins! I'm just under 5'5", about 150ish, 20 years old, and looking to get down to 120-125 :)

Hang in there!!! I'm definitely sending you a friend request and I'll message you too...keep an eye out :)

That is ASBURD. I like going to my gym late too...I also feel somewhat self conscious and I know how much that would hurt!! Definitely talk to the management...these women can't only be talking about you...and from a business aspect, I'm sure your gym would prefer to lose 3 memberships compared to 20 people leaving saying…

Since I'm trying to lose weight, I'm very against the super high calorie smoothies, etc... If I burn 400 calories, I don't want to eat 350 back in the name of "recovery". However, I generally do some pretty intense workouts that leave me pretty sweaty...so I love putting one of those Nuun electrolyte tablets in my water…

Hahaha this is awesome :)

I thought I was the only one looking at my potassium stats in horror. I have to say, I do love the nutritional stats section on here...I started boosting my potassium levels (aka I started eating more fruits and veggies like I should have all along), and I've noticed that what seemes to be a magnesium deficiency for a long…

Why don't you try 1300 cals a day? It's better to lose slowly compared to not at all. Also, try to make sure you hit protein goals and fiber goals and watch what you eat. 100 calories of plain greek yogurt will fill you up a lot more than 100 calories of chocolate chips or graham crackers. I struggle too...hang in there!!

Hey! I'm from Pittsburgh!

Rachelle I tried to send you a request but it won't load...if you'd like to be friends please send me a request!

I'd be tempted to brag about this app...but that would probably just cause more problems. I like the idea of offering her to work out though!

Oh I've done that... and protein powder...I ate that once too (really sweet kind...idk it tasted good lol)

It's so hard to be patient, but 3 or more is unhealthy (you can do it, but you're going to really kill your metabolism if you do!)

Okay so I'll admit I don't regularily weight myself (I usually prefer to go by inches around my waist/arms/thighs)...but my best estimates: 20 yrs old Height: 5'4"-5'5" Highest weight: 155-160ish Current weight: 145-150ish Goal weight: 120-125ish Looking to lose about 3 inches off my waist and about 2 off my thighs We seem…

Add me too! :)

Add me please!

Please feel free to add me too! :)

I like whey protein usually...but I cut out artificial sweeteners, so it's a LOT harder for me to find a brand that I like. Isopure Unflavored is pretty good (unflavored isn't fabulous tasting but my stomach prefers it!). I also really like some of the plant proteins and egg white proteins...unflavored or natural vanilla.…

Protein bars or drinks...nuts, higher-protein kind bars I love! Greek yogurt is awesome too...I always love that.

That's an awesome quote :)

I really thought I was the only one...I always like to go late because I feel like everyone judges me...

I would have to agree with this. I also never would advise to "diet" for however long, then finish with a huge binge day. I did that...many times. I was miserable...my life was a constant cycle of diet and then eat what I wanted, diet then eat what I wanted. It doesn't work in the end :(

Hey! I'm in! I'm 20...I've had some weight fluctuations in the past and want to get my weight down to get some pressure off my joints and dance better. This group sounds awesome!

I usually try to go for eggs in the morning and oatmeal or a balanced cereal. Nothing wrong with going running in the morning or using the fitness center (or pool! Still a good workout!!). Just tell them you're training for a race and have to keep up with your training...they might be jealous!!
