I had to pretty much eliminate it cold turkey! It is so addicting for me. I very occasionally have a glass, but I have to be very careful otherwise I will slip right back into the daily habit. I started drinking unsweetened green tea. Good luck to you.

Turned 49 in January and started logging (again) this week. On a journey to lose 70-75 lbs in a healthy way. No more dieting, but rather eating clean and healthy and logging my food to stay accountable. Looking for the support of others as well to help me stay motivated.
