I'm 95% confident in reaching my goal. I used to be fit at one point a few years ago, so I know I can be that fit again. The only thing that could push me to 100% is more money so I could afford to buy good food, but then again who couldn't use more money?

I generally don't eat back my exercise calories, but that's just me. The general consensus is to eat back half of your exercise calories for the exact reason maasha said.

I could always use more motivation to keep me going.

This, or you can get low calorie/no calorie versions (10 calorie sunkist or dr. pepper, Coke Zero, etc)

Fruit juice is always good. I prefer apple juice. There's also sparkling water, Sobe, Crystal Light, etc. if you really want to get away from soda. Why are you quitting it altogether if I may ask?

The first few steps are always the hardest. After that it's smooth sailing. Good luck!

You and I have a pretty similar goal. I'm looking to get down to about 11-12% (at 25% currently). Good luck!

Feel free to add me!

Hi, I'm Kris from Texas. Started on this about a month ago, on my way to losing 30 pounds. Always looking for some more people to keep me in line!

Now that I've finally figured out what my goal is, I'd like some friends to keep me on track!

Awesome, thanks for the suggestions guys.

It's not that I don't have patience. I have plenty of patience, especially with nutrition and fitness because I know changing the body is a relatively long process in itself. I'm just trying to get opinions from more than just the people that are around me to see what other people have success with. I also haven't heard…

This is where I'm at right now haha. I absolutely love lifting. I love the way my muscles hurt at the end of the day, it makes me feel like i accomplished something. I just don't know if that will affect me being able to lose fat later on without also losing whatever gains I get right now.

The game that probably made me a gamer was Runescape. I made an account (illegally since you had to be 13) back in 2006 and played that game religiously for about 4 years. It kinda felt the same was as the OP. Start off with nothing but a wooden sword, and before you know it you're off adventuring, killing giants, dragons,…

Steak - Sea salt and pepper, medium rare. Also love it in stir fries. Bacon - Crispy, but still a little flexible. Chicken - Oven baked with just a little seasoning. Also just grilled chicken tacos. Grilled catfish is good too, but my favorites are shrimp and crab. Don't even need butter, just boil and eat.

"You talk about me, but you probably haven't taken a good look at yourself lately" In all seriousness, HR is the only good way to go with it.

I played alpha and just restarted 3 days ago. Already gotten to level 8 and bought Illidan (He takes some getting used to because he moves extremely slow, but he's amazing at PVP). Kkman4evah#1550

Hi! I'm Kris. I'm a Traige agent for AT&T, so I get to be on the computer a lot haha. I'm a very avid computer gamer (WoW, LoL, Hearthstone, and HotS), but I play the XB1 on occasion (Madden mostly, although I have Shadow of Mordor and the Master Chief Collection). I'm currently at my target WEIGHT (220), but nowhere near…
