Justrolime- I love your picture! As someone who HATES having their picture taken, and is always hearing "Come on! We don't have pictures of you!" ..... I think I'll draw some of those on index cards and pass them out. That should quiet them down, ya think?

Nothing processed. Nothing with an ingredients list whenever possible. Organic when possible. Local when possible. I have turned several of my patients onto hummus and away from "dips." Many give me that 'look' when I first mention it, but during my next visit they all are excited to tell me how surprised they were that they like it, how much more filling it is, how it helps them (ahem) 'go', etc. Yep. Love me some hummus.

I go between a few choices: ½ cup dry old fashioned oats with 1 cup water 1 T real maple syrup or 2 eggs over medium with a piece of fruit or 2 eggs scrambled with 1 cup of spinach all with my 1 cup of coffee for the day And every day starts with a big glass of water. Because I LOVE water!

Welcome! I'm about 4 weeks in. I've found that the longer I eat the clean, the easier it gets. I no longer crave fast food or anything with an ingredients lists. We are here to support you!

I thought about sauteing them with the kale.... but I LOVE soup. Even in this heat & humidity. Does it add a peppery taste to the kale?
