Very true there shouldn't be guilt around food. However when it comes to junk food it's a hard mindset to accept it's perfectly fine especially when u are well aware it's not the healthiest of choices. Personally for me a little bit if exercise makes me feel just that little bit better about my food choices

Don't deny yourself something if you really want it. Maybe use your big mac day on a exercise day thus less guilt

I believe fruit should be eaten with caution. I aim for maximum 2 a day but try just stick to one portion. Veggies over fruit anytime. Less Sugar. Yes even too much natural sugar is bad for you

PHD Diet Whey is my favourite Brand . Loads of flavours to choose from. A nice thick shake and really keeps me full and going until my next meal/snack. USN Ultralean is my 2nd fave

If food is on your mind constantly I would assume you are not eating enough or enough of the right foods! Make sure you are not cutting food groups, eat plenty carbs, proteins and good fats and veggies at each meal and also be sure to snack and not go long periods without food. I would think after only a couple of days…

I eat the majority of them back. I have heard too many stories of not eating enough making your metabolism run slower and this scares me into eating enough so my body is burning at maximum capacity. it seems to work fine for me, 14lbs down in less than 3 months.

My easy quick meals when im on lates at work are: Wholemeal toast, 2 poached eggs, mushrooms, salad, maybe some sliced ham - less than 5 mins to make! or Baked sweet potato, lots of salad and a huge scoop of cottage cheese. Baked potatoes take about 7 mins in a micro and you can have a mountain of different choices to have…

If I haven't eaten enough during the day or have had an exercise day then I find myself waking up around 2am starving and end up going downstairs for a snack. I am trying to make sure im eating my allotted calories and eating more when I exercise in order to sleep right through and avoid the midnight munchies!

Yes. I believe in structured eating. 3 meals and 3 snacks a day.

Well done 5 months is a lifestyle change! Im doing same as you, I do not own scales but have started a healthy food and exercise plan. I am judging it on how I fit into my clothes only. I have a wedding dress to fit into in 8 months time which currently doesn't zip up!!!

Well my Wedding Dress doesn't zip up so that's my measurement tracker!! And thank you
