I have a binge eating issue as well. It just started as my calorie/food goals became aggressive. I had a bad night last night again after a few great days. I may just have to cut snacks out past dinner. Or do a protein snack instead. I don't usually over eat on carbs in the day if I snack.

I think that may be part of the issue as well. I work out quite a bit and also don't log all my work outs as it is hard to estimate calories burned with some of the things. I'm just now trying to figure out what balance or carbs/protein/fat would work for me.

That makes sense. I was by myself last night and actually pretty exhausted. I've been trying to figure out the right balance of carbs and protein and fat, but I really don't know. I just started logging again recently.

It's not that I'm pretending it never happened, I just don't even know how much of a portion I ate.

I don't cut them out completely at all. I try and keep my protein higher than my carbs and in general I "try" to keep my carb intake decent. So I'm not really sure what triggered it. It's not the first time. I guess I just can't eat anything carbish when I'm at home in the evenings.
