Mines about 80 (I'm 33), normal resting heart rate is 60-100 bpm.... Actually come to think of it, that's not technically my "resting" HR, that's just normal activity. So never mind my # lol

Getting a basic Hr monitor is a wise investment. I have the polar FT4, I believe they're about 50$ on Amazon.

I just use a basic polar FT4, I only wear it at the gym to monitor my HR and calories burned. For me, the most basic does the trick

I also have a hard time eating all that food. I break it down, so I don't eat the egg whites and starch in one sitting. Here's another tip: blend the oatmeal into a flour, add some berries, and the 5 egg whites to make a smoothie and drink it. Much easier!

I did it for a while after I had my children. Before pregnancy I was really thin, never had To think about what I ate, etc... I had no idea what to do to lose the baby weight. For this reason I did nutrisystem, I took the work out of it for me. Was the food good? No. Was it edible? Sure. It's very easy. But... You won't…

I do it all the time! I use two egg whites though. I blend about 1/4 c of oats to make a flour, add the banana, and eggs, blend it up, & pour in on the skittle! Yummy with peanut butter to!

Yeah, thanks to MFP I've been used to my calorie net at about 1400, sometimes much less

My plan was to use a ratio to figure out what my grams would be... I just don't know which ratio to use, or stick to the .8-1 gram protein per pound, .3 fat per pound, and whatever carbs add up to?
