Well I'd love to help but I'm in the same boat as you, drink every evening in moderation. Maybe I should try to give up? I've only managed a day here and there before.

Hi Jonny, I'm 53 and been on this journey for over a year. I've now lost 4 stone Those portion sizes are a killer aren't they? Until I started weighing food and logging my meals I like you thought I was eating healthily. You seem to have worked out where you've gone wrong so I reckon you should nail this no trouble.
