I have noticed around June or July Beachbody will have a spring/summer sale. Some of the programs were up to 50% off keep an eye open for it, because it doesn't last long. Or you can look into p90, it is a little cheaper.

As Tony Horton says i P90X "Do your beat nd forget the rest". If you have to modify you work out so you aren't killing yourself on the first half, slow your pace down so you can do the fulll dvd and not just half or 3/4. Over time you will be able to push harder and harder until you are at their level.

Looks like a good starting point, but hard to give feed back not knowing your physical capabilities. But if it were me, my only concern is getting bored with the routine, and if it will provide enough challenge.

I highly suggest P90. 30 minute workouts which is great for starters, and there is always someone showing you how to modify to be easier or harder. Or check out beachbody.com for their workouts on demand, they have a 30 day free trial, so you can try Insanity, P90X, Turbofire and you can find the program they best suits…

I did the full p90x and p90x3. Lost 30 lbs with the combination of the two.

Not at all. When I first started I I cut out soda, and cut back on the sweets I was consuming. This time around I am trying to use myfitness to help track what I eat and start tweaking my diet. I find the diet plan is just to crazy to follow
