  • I rely on the fitbit one for steps and miles.It is fun to see the graphs.I think we all need motivation at times because we wouldn't try to be losing weight if we didn't.
  • I drink ice tea only at meals.I drink water the rest of the day but I do notice that ice tea does make me go to the bathroom more but water keeps me more contented when I think I'm hungry.
  • I agree with you on this one.I have read online that you can lose weight by being a couch potato but it helps to start by walking a minimum of 10 min a day.
