I actually eat whatever I want..... still enjoy my sweets... mcdonalds here and there.. horrible I KNOW.. but I log in my calories and keep track and was able to lose 5 lbs in 2 weeks.. still going lol.

Is it really just only about sticking to a calorie deficit?
