  • Great for you! Keep it up! you can always replace some sweet recipes with dark chocolate or peanut butter or try almond butter.. it's delicious :) that way you're not quitting cold turkey exactly, baby steps make a huge difference :) I find so many recipes on pinterest
  • Just hang in there! Keep at it and don't give up, it will be worth it in the end!! If it helps, I just look at motivational weight loss all the time on pinterest and youtube. And it just inspires me to keep going! My goal is 20 lbs. And I lost 8 lbs. So far in my journey, it's been 5-6 weeks.. feeling great already!
