Flex user a few months.. just found this group. I'm from Vancouver, BC. Have lost 40 lbs so far... 25 to go. Love Zumba, walking and more recently weight training. Looking to sharing experiences with people in a similar journey as me

I recently discovered this yummy treat: 2 full tbsp (1C if you want more volume) plain Greek yogurt (I use non fat) 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder 1 tsp natural chunky peanut butter A squirt of honey or a little sweeter of your choice (optional)... I really like it.
