Hi guys, how would you deal with the evening hunger? I'm doing very well all day but from approximately 7pm I really want to eat something considering I know I'm not particularly hungry

Yeah I'm trying to move more. Gym every morning for an hour and walking dog every evening for 30 minutes. Thank you :smile:

I've got exactly the same problem! I really need someone who I can talk every day to challenge myself. If someone would ask me what did I eat today I would be probably more concern about my food during the day. Otherwise just count everything I eat doesn't work for me. I'll be happy to add you to my friend so we can talkโฆ
