Hi all, I'm Elena, I'm 41 and I'm from the UK. I have managed to loose 22 lb 2 years ago and was very happy but now in my pre menopause phase and put 22 lb back and 22 on top of that. Hopefully, all of that will be successfully lost. Good luck, everyone! πβΊοΈ
