Exercise - no. Over did it yesterday and had a very uncomfortable night. Woke up all swollen and sore. So bed day today and tomorrow for me3 -
Hi there Team FLAB-U-LESS! Would love to join the challenge, be it a little late in Feb already...
I'm weighing in Fridays. Exercise will probably be the easiest target; Track & Calories not so - hence I'm here!!!.

I was down to 143.5 yesterday morning. Went to a dinner last night. I ate well and under goal. So much sodium. Why don’t chefs think we want to taste the actual food? Lots of water on the menu for today.4 -

Question: @mram3582 Should my previous weight reflect my starting weight for the month or how much I weighed the previous week? If so last week I was 276.4😔 Went down to 275 during the week but this week has been a little struggle being sick and all but I'll bounce back!5 -

Mini Goals: My mini goal this month is also my weekly and my daily goal which is not to exceed my sugar and carbohydrate micros. And also stay out of the kitchen! No cookie monster
Not sure of today, these two categories of micros are are higher but I am still under my total calories.

@Motiv8tedMom I'm going to be right there with you for this week. I've eaten horribly with the locals bringing in food for the 911 station and I wasn't able to go home.

@victorious55 @42Amy Perfect day! Thanks you two!! I did finally get an easy day today to just do reports. I'm in charge of the 911 dispatch team and I'm the only one that can operate a manual switchboard if the system goes down. I have to be there for ALL the crummy weather events. I just makes it really hard to do anything else when I am stuck there for literally days at a time.

I'm ok with most spelling and I know the difference between you're, your, to, too, two, they're, there, and their. My comma usage is iffy and my tenses are all over the place (probably because I don't know if it is this week, that week, or sometime next year in my regular day to day activities).2

I have been so busy the past 3 months because I started a side business
I have not been going to the gym. Last night i said i am going to start going regulary again. This morning I went and I felt so good. I renewed my commitment to get in shapte. I will be posting here more often...I promise.2 -

I had a huge fight with my husband yesterday. Then I fell off the keto wagon last night and ate a whole bunch of salty corn chips and had a bowl of sugary cereal. So I'm sure the weight difference is from all that and water. Of course now it will take 3 days to get back into ketosis. I need to stop emotional eating. 😞6 -
