    Thank you ladies! I'm well on the way to recovery now. Spent more time awake today than asleep. Also easing back on pain meds.

    I'll keep checking in and will skip a weigh in this week. Will be back to weighing again next week

    I do need to remember to drink my water. I've been good all last week eating (and this week). Everyday I get on the scale I seem to gain 2oz here then 2 more and so on and so on. So I stopped fasting and just concentrated on keto and what I was eating. Instead of doing both.

    I'm glad it's ok that I was a little late, thank you. 💕

    I did not get to sleep today because of the unexpected snow/ice storm today. By 10am we already had 9 cars in ditches and it only got worse. Yesterday we had floods and tornadoes.....today, ice....tonight....nothing! Our meteorologists are rolling dice for our forecasts again! 85 degrees and sunny, followed by some light icing....and a hurricane in the mix today. Critical hit!....Godzilla!!
