Daily goal: To win a game of Castle Ravenloft once in my life.....I've had this game for 10+ yrs....play it at least once every couple of months, and have YET to beat it even blatantly cheating! Tomorrow-throw the game in the trash so I can have my life back!4 -

The no exercise scheduled sucked, because I'm used to eating my earned exercise calories. ( Knee still buggered.) Normally with exercise, I have no hunger or cravings and feel satisfied with my meals....so today we tough.
Another work meeting with guests from out of town tonight meant another 2 margaritas this week. Another all day/night work event tomorrow, so going to try keep it leaner and cleaner-no empty calories. 💪🏽4 -
