@WA_Teacher Yay for you!! I still feel my 5th grade English teacher is grading my posts! I'm ok with most spelling and I know the difference between you're, your, to, too, two, they're, there, and their. My comma usage is iffy and my tenses are all over the place (probably because I don't know if it is this week, that week, or sometime next year in my regular day to day activities).
LOL...after a really long day and a hard meeting, this was JUST what I needed. 😂1 -
I'm feeling much better and stronger. Been discharged from hospital care so flying back home tomorrow. I would be able to participate more!5

Man....I had forgotten how much this app and more specifically, this group, helps me to be accountable! I am trying to stick to keto...or more importantly, eating healthy meats and veggies. I don't have any more cravings and I am sticking to it! I feel better....I sleep better....I teach middle school and tutor....so energy is always depleted!! Haha! Wish me luck today, I am having my three grade 6 classes trying to figure out an Escape Room! Weigh in day tomorrow! Have a great day!5

NSV: Seeing parts of my body I haven't seen in a while. Such as a rear delt shadow on flex. A teeny tiny bit of weight loss on my upper arm showing some shoulder definition, and just how much smaller my frame is than I thought. A vein popping in my lower arm after my workout tonight. A little bicep shadow when brushing my hair today. And oddly some ribs in my upper chest when changing. Also noticed how "sharp" my shin bone is...I hit my other leg with it by accident and was like "ouch!". Haha. Love noticing these little changes. 🙃💪🏽✌🏻4 -

Today's life tip: If you need a cardio checkup and don't want to go to the doctor....just try changing something minor on your taxes....if you don't drop dead from a heart attack within the first 3 hours.....your ticker is good for the rest of the year!3

Track: no, there was hardly anything to track since I spent my whole day off (literally 10am-8pm) trying to make 1 minor change to a tax form.
Calories: under- I had 1 small bowl of chicken noodle soup since my husband has the flu also.
Daily goal: Even if I die of a heart attack brought on by the IRS....it is still better than dying of dysentery. Tomorrow-might as well, I got all the hard stuff done today.3 -
