Thank you for the replies. That was a lot of knowledge and I'm very grateful for this community. I do think going back to my original macros is the right way to go and then increase protein from there as needed. I know that change won't be immediate but I have to admit that watching those around me drop weight like crazy…

Ok, so this might seem silly, but I can cross my legs now like a girl...thigh over thigh, knee pointing straight up, both legs straight down. I have not been able sit like that in almost 20 years. I am down 60 lbs and have about 70 more to go...I think. I am not sure because I have never been thin/in shape as an adult!

Moving dumbells is such a great idea! I squat as I load the dishwasher. It is an exaggerated movement to put a plate in there but it helps! If I am just standing for some reason, I will do calf raises. I also try to get up and walk in place or do a few lunges or jumping jacks during commercials if I am sitting to watch tv.
