This was by far the best response I received, especially with an example of days and such. I will definitely start this week and mix in a little bit earlier of sleep. I'm sure this will help. As well as the break in the middle of the week. Again, thank you for a thorough example!

Sleep definitely would help my situation a whole lot. With everything I have going on, it's hard to still cool, etc. (which I could start meal prepping on Sunday's). I overall should be going to bed earlier. I feel like apparently I don't need it

Tried to go purchase and doesn't look like it's available yet! That is the answer
-
I haven't tried that but it sounds like it would help. The first step out of the bed is the hardest for me. Thanks! I'll try that.

I haven't tried having the bag ready so that could be another step. It's just the process of being exhausted day in and out.
-
Impressive, how long did it take your body to adjust?
-
That sounds just like me. I always tell myself just a few more minutes and it's never enough time to gym. I was trying to work around getting less sleep and doesn't sound possible

See response above

Well, I am going thru body recomp. Calculated maintenance calories and did research on macronutrients, increasing calorie intake, etc. I don't NEED these exact numbers. But it best suited my lifestyle and goals
-
Thank you so much! That helps a lot. Now, should I increase those calories only on training days?

Cw - 135 Gw- 135 H- 5'6 Age 22 Just aiming to gain more lean muscle! Add me if we have similar goals

Just kidding, I need your help again. After changing my goal to maintain weight, it's updated my macros to 50 carbs, 30 fats, and 20 protein. Now, I'm 5'6 and weigh 135. Wouldn't I need more protein for this recomp process?
-
Awesome, thanks for all your help.
-
Perfect. After changing my weight goal, it's showing my MC is 2220. Does this sound correct?
-
Thank you so much! Just updated it to "maintaining weight". Any further suggestions on how to trigger lower stomach area? Foods to avoid?

My fitnesspal has me at about 1200 calories a day, which is very hard to stay below! My concern is my stomach and slowly ending muscle progress :/ feel like I'm at a limited progression stage
