Meal Plan Help
Today has been FULL of research. I need to atleast eat 5 meals per day. Each meal consisting of 21 grams of protein, 26 grams of carbs, and 12 grams of dietary fats. If anyone has good advice on how i can make this happen, I am open to tips. Thanks!

Protein with little fat and/carbs
im currently 5'6, 135lb, and 16.9% bf. Trying a recomp stage and need some help. It's so hard for me to get over 1500 calories a day due to my work schedule. i have been strength training for about 2.5 years. I'm happy with my weight, just have a lower stomach pooch that I can't get rid of. I do good on macros, I have 40% protein, 30 carbs and fats. What can I do??
