Are you eating at maintenance calories? Are you still using progressive overload on your lifting routine? Macros semi matter for body recomp. Calories still matter more.0

My fitnesspal has me at about 1200 calories a day, which is very hard to stay below! My concern is my stomach and slowly ending muscle progress feel like I'm at a limited progression stage0

You have 2 pounds to lose on your ticker stat what is your loss per week set at? No way 1200 calories is your maintenance calories. You just said you are happy with your weight but want less fat. Set you MFP stats to losing zero per week. Eat that with weight training. Your body will recomp in a slow process.0 -

Yup, I agree with this. There's a really good recomp thread happening now. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10177803/recomposition-maintaining-weight-while-losing-fat/p10 -
Thank you so much! Just updated it to "maintaining weight". Any further suggestions on how to trigger lower stomach area? Foods to avoid?0

Stay away from whatever foods make you bloated. Only you know the answer to that. There no way to spot reduce.

another good thread for you to read through.0 -
Perfect. After changing my weight goal, it's showing my MC is 2220. Does this sound correct?0

height and weight would be need for us to see if that is correct. It sounds like you have MFP set to lose 2 pounds per week before. It sounds believable.0 -
Awesome, thanks for all your help.0

Just kidding, I need your help again. After changing my goal to maintain weight, it's updated my macros to 50 carbs, 30 fats, and 20 protein. Now, I'm 5'6 and weigh 135. Wouldn't I need more protein for this recomp process?0

I am not to good with knowing best macro distribution. Personally I would increase proteins and decrease carbs to either 30/30/40 or 40/30/30. I am not sure what would give the best recomp results.0
