Meal Plan Help

Today has been FULL of research. I need to atleast eat 5 meals per day. Each meal consisting of 21 grams of protein, 26 grams of carbs, and 12 grams of dietary fats.

If anyone has good advice on how i can make this happen, I am open to tips. Thanks!

    One half avocado, one serving lean ground beef, and some carrots. There ya go 5 times a day

    People are gonna want to know why and how you came up with the numbers first. If it was from a doctor or a nutritionalist they should be able to help you with a meal plan as well.

    Well, I am going thru body recomp. Calculated maintenance calories and did research on macronutrients, increasing calorie intake, etc.

    I don't NEED these exact numbers. But it best suited my lifestyle and goals
