It depends, sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. I'll be going to NYC for the first time next weekend, that will definitely be a I'm not logging vacation as I intend on experiencing plenty of different foods.

Peanut butter balls are the best. I could eat an entire batch of them in an evening. A very dangerous, yet yummy holiday food to have around for me.

Christmas went really well. The day was mainly one of snacking and Christmas dinner being the only true meal of the day. I'm guessing I'm probably 2000 calories over maintenance, which isn't bad at all for a day like Christmas. Best of all, I've managed to give away many of the extra treats we had around, so the post…

Going to try for B, but it will most likely be A.

Increase the cardio sessions to 2 times a day to try and mitigate the inevitable weight gain.

Cycling for me, I can go on 2 hour rides and time just flies by without it actually feeling like exercise.

A jar of peanut butter and anything I can dip in it.

There are many foods that fit that bill for me (mostly any junk food), but I think peanut butter is the most dangerous one for me. I tend to use peanut butter more as a dip than a spread, just dunking food away in the jar. Oh look, I have chocolate covered almonds, I wonder what they'd taste like covered in peanut butter?…

If I had to estimate, probably in the 3000 to 4000 calories range which honestly isn't bad considering how much food was available.

Nope, no rest day. Already got one cardio session in this morning and if I don't feel too stuffed tonight, I'll do a second one before going to bed.

I imagine I will be over from Christmas Eve to Boxing Day and New Year's Eve/Day. All other days until then I'm hoping for a deficit or maintenance at the very worst.

This year I'm going to try and do what I did last year, buy it after Halloween at a discounted price and only touch it in the New Year.

Them saying, "I will break you." In a Russian accent of course.

I want some Reese's ice cream.

I've got about 8lbs that I'm trying to lose before our office Christmas party in late November, but I could aim for 10lbs to try and reach some stretch goals.

'Tis but a portion of what can be seen.

Summer time!

Nice.

Absolutely.

This. That's my go to low-cal salad dressing.

I guess I can share my Halloween candy since it's now in season and I have no use in rationing it anymore.
-
I'm still working through some of last year's Halloween candy, lol.

For me, going to a buffet and Christmas time would probably fall into those categories. When I go to a buffet, I just have to try everything and tend to finish things off with a couple plates of desserts. That's pretty much what I did this week at a work function buffet, minus the couple plates of desserts, they took away…

I love Golden Coral. Haven't been to one in almost 10 years. It's a good thing I don't live near one anymore because I would usually get 3-4 plates of food for dinner and then 1-2 plates of desserts. I had to make sure I got my money's worth whenever I went, even if it resulted in a food coma when I got back home.

For weights, I lift on a schedule of 3 days straight, 1 day off. For cardio, during these colder months I decided to do at least 45 minutes a day on the treadmill as a minimum but have done up to an hour and a half on some days. Come summer, I'll probably be doing an hour and a half of biking during weekdays, and 2-3 hours…
