On a typical weekend, I tend to not eat breakfast. My first meal of the day tends to be around lunch time after getting all my exercise done and out of the way, so I basically just eliminate a meal.

Well it's technically Monday and since I have to be out the door early tomorrow morning, here's my weight from my Sunday weigh in. SW: 129lbs CW: 124lbs GW: 119lbs So 5lbs lost during the first month of this challenge. I'm hoping I can repeat that again during the second month of this weight loss challenge. I'm very happy…

Glad to know I'm not the only one who snagged some discounted candy today. Ended up spending $40 on candy that has been added to my pile of junk food that I barely even touch.

I managed to stay within my deficit for the day, despite eating a few fun sized treats and making some sweet pumpkin seeds.

The number that I chose, which I finally met 2 weeks ago is one that I felt would let me indulge in the holidays without feeling guilty if I ended up gaining 5lbs. Of course along the journey to meet that goal I decided that I wanted to get lean for once, so now I'm trying to achieve that goal which is probably another…

Baked goods tend to be a self destruct food for me. Case in point we had a catered event for a training session at work today and I couldn't resist trying out a variety of the freshly baked goods that were left over. Needless to say, I was very full tonight and made sure to engage in an extra long HIIT session.

Christmas isn't a day for me, it is a season, one that I've been preparing for since coming on MFP. December 1st is when I hope to have reached my stretch goals for my weight loss, yet even if I hit them, I will try to stay at my deficit throughout the month of December in hopes that it can help mitigate the inevitable…

Sounds just like my mother as well. As I attempt to cut down to 10-12% body fat before trying my hand at a bulk, all I keep hearing is, you're too skinny, you're going to starve to death, it's not healthy to lose that much weight. Of course my dad was tall and lanky and I never once heard her say he was too skinny.

SW: 129lbs CW: 125lbs I've finally hit 125lbs which was my original goal when coming on here, but I've since set the bar for 119lbs as my stretch goals. So I will celebrate later this week with a home made pizza before moving on to those last 6lbs.

Love peanut M&M's, they are so easy to over indulge on. The last bulk sized bag that I had took about 2 months to finish, though only because I had other leftover Christmas candy to finish as well. Already got my big yellow bag for this year's holidays, which has been sitting in the closet since late July.

Well my first step to surviving the holidays is to get as close as possible to my goal weight by December 1st. Once I reach December 1st, I will still continue with my exercises and trying to maintain a calorie deficit so that when I begin to indulge in sweets and higher calorie meals from parties and gatherings that…

Sunday is the day when I step on the scale for my weekly weigh in. Down at least 2lbs since last Sunday. SW: 129lbs CW: 127lbs GW: 119lbs Only 2lbs to go until I reach my original goal of 125lbs and then on to my stretch goals of 119lbs.

I'm at the last 10lbs of my goal and I want them gone before December 1st so that I can enjoy Christmas time. So let's see if this can be extra motivation to get there. Cw: 129 Gw: 119

I'm 5'7" Sw was 151lbs Cw is 129 lbs Gw is 119lbs After that I'll decide if I want to try my hands at a bulk or not.

I weigh myself every day, usually in the morning and before going to bed, but I only log my weight on the weekends.

I said no to the chocolate chip cookies I baked for my niece.

The perfect breakfast to keep me full until lunch time is a banana, a greek yogurt with 1/3 cup of oatmeal and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese.
-
I'm in for at least 10lbs by Christmas as it would get me to my original goal of losing 25lbs by the end of the year.
