I am an older back to college student. Pre nursing and it has been a huge struggle to stay on an eating schedule and not wanting to eat after my night class. I am barely on week 2 of trying to stay consistent with eating and working outs. I am willing to make some friends for help and accountability.

I did this in the past to get myself back into fitness and it worked great. It's quick and to the point. If you do it straight thru with few breaks you will get results. Of course making healthier eating choices will do wonders. Keep us posted. I've recommend this to many whom want to workout at home and not time…
