I did 21 day fix and really enjoyed it. After my baby is born I plan to do it again and then check out fix extreme. T25 also looks like fun and I've heard good things.

I completed one round of the original Insanity. It is TOUGH but my legs were definitely the better for it. It was hard on my knees even though I definitely tried to land softly. I completed one round and still use the workout videos 3-4 times a week. I am thinking about completing another round before doing 21 day fix extreme. My goal for the first round was to tone my arms, tummy, and thighs. I did that and then some! I was very pleased with the results and I enjoyed the program.

While I agree with others that you should see a dr if you haven't already, that doesn't really answer your question. Several workout videos have a low impact modifier.
