this is a great post, actually i need a bit of help. Im 5ft and weigh 98.9 lbs - im maintaining my weight because i think its healthy, im trying to flatten my belly, is maintaining weight and exercising 5/6 times a week going to cut it? I do cardio and strength exercises.

The idea of cheat food is where you probably go wrong. Now and again include a treat in your week that's still within your goal, it'll make you feel better and less unacheived x
