Just putting out my opinion based on what it has done for me. Cutting pop out of my life made it better and it made my doctor happy too. Also for the health wise I was basing it on the artificial sweeteners like aspartame, saccharin, and sucralose that are in diet soda that are bad for you.

I'm 23 & female too. Trying to lose about 25 pounds. I'm hoping to lose about 1.5 pounds a week. First time using this & have now learned why I haven't been losing weight for a while.

I'm 23 & currently recovering from anorexia though even before that I was eating awful. I'm trying to get back on track with being healthy as well as actually eating food everyday.

My opinion. Ditch the soda. I used to drink pepsi a lot but eventually I cut down & now I don't touch it. Saved me a lot of calories & sugar. Also diet drinks aren't the best thing to drink.
