  • I like E. D. Smiths no sugar added maple syrup. 10 calories per tbsp.
  • I've been on antipsychotics, antidepressants, lithium, sleeping pills... lots of meds that have contributed to me gaining a huge amount of weight. So I can relate to you there. I find not having a routine makes me depressed and makes my life more disordered (I have a tendency to become pretty much nocturnal), which makes…
  • It's probably best to just have a small portion of one and move on, but if this is a recurring craving you could try those lemon meringue snack pack pudding cups. 120 calories. They're delicious.
  • Try keeping a thin crust pizza in your freezer for when you're hung over. It's quick to cook, low effort, and feels like an indulgence but for most thin crust pizzas even if you eat the whole thing you won't exceed 1000 calories. • Try asking your doctor about Wellbutrin (bupropion). It's weight-neutral and actually can have the side effect of weight loss for some people. I didn't lose weight on it but I didn't gain either.
  • Thank you!
  • Something different since everyone else is saying spirits and diet soda: Ricard (anise aperitif) has about 80 calories. You're meant to mix it with cold water. It's so refreshing in the summer and despite being 45% alcohol it doesn't taste like alcohol. A lot of people aren't into the anise taste though and it might look…
  • What's your point? I said in most of the world. Only a few countries in the world have a drinking age above 19.
  • I was half way through a BSc degree at age 19. This person is old enough to go road tripping with friends. I know you're just joking around but it's a little insulting to say that someone who is old enough to legally vote, drive, and buy alcohol in most of the world is just a child and only needs to "run around the block a…
